- scheduling of events; meets, games, tournaments
- contracts between participating schools
- contracts and reminders for officials
- scheduling and reminders for event workers
- sports schedules, daily, weekly and season calendars
- transportation reporting
- student information (name, parents, physical date, grade, etc.)
